Pink Jumper

My guilty pleasure is a 10 minute skim read of the Daily Mail (AKA as The Daily Fail). I love it! Not only do I get a bit of gossip but I also get an insight as to how my mothers brain works - she's an avid reader and has been for decades. LOVE THE SENSATIONAL HEADLINES!

I adore Ellie Goulding with all my heart - I love her music, her style and everything else about her. Today she was in the paper in a super cute outfit:

I am on the hunt for a pink jumper! I  have one that I have worn here and here and here and it was £2 from H&M. I love wearing pink, I feel very feminine but I don't have enough of it in my wardrobe. I have also been inspired by Frances who runs the blog School Run Style. She totally rocks in pink.

A quick scout around t'internet and here are my pink pickings for the day (also pale pink is 'in' for S/S14 don't you know)?!

1 - Topshop Pink Ribbed Jumper - £40
2 - Topshop Fluffy Pink Jumper - £42
3 - Topshop Pink Chunky Knit - £36
4 - Topshop Pink Cable Knit Jumper - £42

5 - River Island Pale Pink Vneck Jumper - £35
6 - River Island Light Pink Ribbed Jumper - £50
7 - River Island Angora Jumper - £50
8 - River Island Pink Patch (elbow) Jumper - £25

10 - Ted Baker (via John Lewis) - £129
11 - Marks and Spencer Fluffy Pink Jumper - £45

  1. My dream job would be writing headlines for the tabloids - they often make me laugh out loud! Love a bit of pink, just replaced an old bobbly thin knit from Top Shop with one from Phase Eight (seems more age appropriate somehow) x

    1. I always forget about Phase Eight .. I think because my mum shops there I would hate to rock up in the same outfit - BUT they do do lovely stuff. My best friend (37) buys some GORGEOUS stuff from there.

  2. Some amazing choices - of course I gravitate to the Ted Baker one:) I'm in a Zara pink jacket/cardigan today and love it - the color makes me feel cheery even on a freezing cold day! Love Ellie too - I'm off to see her here in April! xx

  3. Love a bit of pastel pink especially when teamed with light blue denim jeans or grey. Such a pretty colour & it's going to be big for spring too :-) Jane xx

  4. I don't have anything pastel pink only darker shades. I like the look of the New Look one best which is surprising for me, I always seem to choose the most expensive usually x

  5. Believe it or not, I'm with you on the pink jumper thing. I have two in my wardrobe - both brighter pinks than the ones you've featured. I'm just trying to summon up some colour courage - it seems to have disappeared somewhere in 2013 but I'm hoping it will resurface this year.

  7. I love pale pink and really like numbers 1 and 4 from Topshop. It's nice to start introducing a bit of spring into the old wardrobe! love Liz x
