Denim shirt dress and WIWTW

I was inspired by Sue over at Best Friend Style when she posted this week her in a denim shirt dress. How cool does she look?

I now want one. I don't want a denim dress, I have one already, I want a denim shirt dress.

Here's a round up of where to buy online today:

New Look - £19.99 (saw similar on someone last summer with tan gladiator sandals - swoon)


River Island - £40 (love the heavier denim)


New Look TALL range - £24.99 (perfect for me - I've ordered) comes in petite

I'll report back on the New Look one next week.

      I was inspired to do this because Sue did hers and concluded she wears a lot of black. I've concluded I wear a lot of colour and have no set style!

      I can't wait for the warm weather so I can just on some sandals and a dress but in the meantime I'll be copying Sue with winter wearing!

    I have a stack of denim dresses now I've come to think of it. But it doesn't stop me looking - they are easy peasy to wear.

    And I love the round up - yours is full of colour and different styles and mine is frankly much of a muchness. I love the NB trainers on you.

      You inspired me Sue to do the round up to see what a week looks like. I didn't realise I wore so much colour! It also teaches me to continually wear a combo of dresses/skirts/jeans/leggings!

    Wow, what a stylish lady you are. I think the RI one would be the best dress for my shape as it seems slightly more fitted. Yes I too want a denim shirt dress x

      Thank you Donna - I wouldn't have said stylish but I can see colour and I didn't think I was as colourful (in dress) as this!
      Can't wait for my tall New Look dress to arrive shortly!
