Feel really bad for ASOS and the warehouse fire just days before their big (up to) 50% off summer sale. Fortunately no-one was hurt but OUCH at the cost to their business.  Onwards and upwards and it's business as per usual now online.

If I had money to spend (I do not) then here are the top 5 items I would buy.

Paul by Paul Smith Intarsia Knitted Dress in Compass Print (was £150, now £90)

New Balance Purple/Yellow Stadium 574 Trainers (was £70, now £42)

ASOS Brady Low Rise Slim Boyfriend Jeans in Mid Wash Blue (was £38, now £22)

ASOS Woven Skater Vintage Skirt (was £25, now £12)

River Island Pink Zebra Print Ponyskin X-Body Bag (was £30, now £18)

Here's a round up what I've been wearing over the past couple of days:

LOVE this new top from Tesco (not available online)
Friday night in the pub with the girls

Fancy Dress - Sally Bowles Cabaret (or man in drag)
Saturday night 40th birthday party

Husband rocking the Indiana Jones look

Office Monday
Top - Matalan
Jeans - Sainsbury's
Shoes - Clarks

Office Tuesday
Necklace - Avenue 57

Have you spent too much at Mango and Zara that you have no pennies left for ASOS?!

  1. A fab outfit round up especially your cheeky fancy dress! Love your asos pics especially the dress x

  2. Your hubby looks so ace as Indiana Jones! Love the look of the ASOS jeans, may have to take a closer look at those! My favourites of your outfit pics are of the green top and the white top with the blue edge! xx

    1. Thank you Michelle! I wonder how long the jeans are because they look long long on the model

  3. I love the top from Matalan, the blue against the white is gorgeous. Your Asos picks are really nice too.

  4. Love your fancy dress outfits. Did you see the bags piled up outside over the weekend. What a waste x

    1. Oh I didn't ... what a nightmare for them

  5. I love your' fancy dress outfits!! When I heard about the Asos fire I thought it was horrific. If it was arson it is a bloody good job their were no casualties. It doesn't matter how big or small this has such a massive impact on businesses. Your' Husband needs a blog of his own :0) x

    1. I look stupid but I am the first to laugh at myself!
Do not say that to James - he would rather die!

  6. Loving your outfits this week and love the look of those ASOS boyfriend jeans - great price!
    Abbi x

    1. AMAZING price. If I didn't have 3 pairs already I might be tempted!

  7. You look great - like another commenter, my faves are the green top and the white & blue edge top. As for the fancy dress .. wowzer! what a figure!!! I won't be shopping any more sales sadly; No mon, no fun :(

  8. Loving the outfits and get you in your fancy dress! Great pins. Hubby looks great as Indiana Jones.

It was awful for Asos, thank the lord no one was hurt.
