Next Bomber Jacket – 6 Ways – 6 Bloggers

When asked to be part of a style challenge I'm always the first to say YES! I absolutely LOVE seeing other women wear similar (if not exactly the same) items. We are all individuals and it stands out when put side by side.

I was joined by
Joanna - Poppy's Style
Michelle - My Fashionable 40s
Frances - School Run Style

We were gifted a casual quilted bomber jacket by Next (thank you). It is currently available online and comes in either grey or red. I chose the grey as I knew I'd be able to do a lot more with this colour other than red.

Here we are side by side - I think it's brilliant to show off the versatility of the jacket on 6 very different shaped/styled women.

Here we are again mixed up a bit more.

Here I am and the final for a close up (eek)!

Later this week I will show you the jacket worn by myself in as many different ways as I can muster. I KNOW it will go with so much of what I own already and I look forward to wearing it again soon (today it's a parka and hood day as it's raining hard).

Do you own a good jacket for Spring? What style?

Fiona

  2. Looks absolutely fab with the heels and the white. I would always have associated a bomber jacket with a casual look, so it's interesting to see it styled this way. Seeing it worn in different ways by different women is a great idea. Well done to Next ... and of course to all you six gorgeous models!!!

  6. I think you have styled it to perfection. You will be able to do loads with it. I would have gone for the grey, too, as it is a nice light shade. I did notice it on the website, over the weekend, but I a was doing an online shop for DD and not me so I stayed focused (how good am I) I am looking forward to seeing you style it many different ways. It is not too 'bomber' which is why I like it. H xx

    1. I am excited and started to pull clothes out to 'style' it with and had to put them back because there were more on my bed than left in the wardrobe! It will go with EVERYTHING I own!

  8. Love it with the white jeans! If only I could wear white jeans (my legs were not built for them alas!) And it's great to see how the jacket can be dressed up for an evening look and still in keeping with your style. Like Helen said above - it's a bomber but not too bomber for those who are a bit nervous of the trend. Look forward to the later post too.

  20. I love how you've dressed it up a bit here - you know how I'm a bit nervous of things getting too casual! It's great to see it can work just as well with heels as it can with flats or trainers. Such a fab jacket and it was amazing to work with you on yet another collaboration! #dreamteam xx
