Frugal February .. what?

I did very well in January but am struggling if I'm honest through February. It started with Boden and their clearance sale but thankfully annoyingly they cancelled my order due to some HUGE warehouse computer glitch. True to form Boden were totally apologetic replying to every single tweet/facebook comment. They have customer service sewn up and should offer a training programme to other retailers!

Here are the full priced items that did arrive from Boden. I cannot believe that everything I ordered is stripy - WTF?! I'll show and tell tomorrow as I have time on my hands (need to defuzz legs and slap on some colour because they are a shade of blue/grey right now).

5 items = £320

I also popped into Tesco for some bread (I honestly seriously did) and came out with this lot

15 items = £145

Again, I will play dress up tomorrow and report back - very excited about all of the items already.

Here I am on Saturday during the day, we had a party in the evening so this was my prep outfit.
Jumper Primark
Jeans TK Maxx

Here is what I wore to the party
Shirt H&M
Necklace Avenue 57

Here is the carnage that 20 adults can make after 6 hrs

Here I am today - first day of half term and we survived - hoorah!

  5. Love this Fiona, really made me laugh, that's one hell of a trip to Tesco and as for the Boden collection - if that doesn't say 'thinking about summer hols' I don't know what does. Can see the maxi with some nice sandals and a wide-brimmed hat! Oh yes, and St Tropez in the background, that's not too much to ask is it? ;)

    1. There is a large gap in my wardrobe and money in the bank so it works - ie selling stuff and getting rid of older things you don't wear
