Whistle & Wolf

I love discovering new brands so when Whistle and Wolf asked if I would like to review an item of clothing I jumped at the chance! I mean who doesn't like a little gift just after Christmas? I went off to their website to find something and was met with some really gorgeous things. They don't have a huge range but what they do have is amazing. I kind of like it that I wasn't really spoilt for choice as some sites nowadays require hours to browse.

Here are 4 of my favourite items - the blouse and shorts are in the sale at £10 each! Dresses are £55

I knew as soon as I saw this skirt I would be picking it out as mine. I've been wanting a full but short skirt in floral for a long time but as I am on a part spending ban this month I had given up hopes of bagging one in the sale.

What is also nice about Whistle and Wolf is the way they package up their items. It came in a beautiful bag, wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon. I also have a 10% off voucher for a return visit and a little hand written note - how cute is that?

Here's how they style it on the website

Here's how my manequin styled it (put this on my mannequin last night so I really didn't have to think AT ALL this morning when getting ready for the school run and a day of work ahead of me).

And here's just a few ways I have styled it. I cannot wait to repeat this styling in the warmer months with bare legs, flip flops, tan heels, nude heels, orange wedge heels and trainers!

This is my favourite way to style the skirt - I cannot WAIT to try it all on again for real and wear with a spring in my step!

So what do you think of the skirt and other things on the Whistle and Wolf site? This skirt is £50 and total value for money when you consider just how many ways you can wear it - dress it up, dress it down, wear all year round (oooh get me with a new catch phrase!) - now that's a bargain!

  3. It's beautiful, and you've styled it to perfection. I love how they wrap the goods too, Scarlett and Jo and Gudrun Sjoden also do this and I think it makes all the difference.

  6. Oh wow - I LOVE THE SHORTs!! I might take a peek:) The mannequin is genius - I nearly bought one for decor in the bedroom - Urban Outfitters sell cool chevron ones...but to actually use it is fab!! I normally have a coat hanger over burdened with everything I plan to wear the following day!

    1. The mannequin does usually live in the shop but she made her way into our bedroom when I was taking photos the other day and she never left. James is really freaked out by her though and I am freaking myself out by referring to her as 'her' - AAARRRGGGHH

Those shorts are proper grown up sassy shorts - £11 - would be rude not to?

    1. It's a tad on the pricey side for a single skirt but it feels good, it's well made and it goes with everything!
