Blazers

I have a theory ... any outfit can be jazzed up with the simple addition of a blazer. I bought mine for £15 (reduced from £100) at House of Fraser in early December. I struggle with blazers because I have long arms.

Inspiration from my favourite source - Pinterest! I adore the top right of shirt/jumper/blazer. Will copy that next week!




Here's how I've worn my blazer in the past for a quick smarten up a dull outfit:



Looking forward to playing with the blazer more. I own a plain black one, a pinstripe one and burgundy wool one - watch this space for blazer dress up!

    I have a few Blazers but I never feel quite right in them as I'm not sure they're really me. I love them on other people so I must try to wear them more. You look fab in yours, Fiona. Lynne xx

      I have been like that for years ie 'they're not me' but once I start to wear them I feel more confident in them

    I'm wearing a mango one today to smarten up black joggers and a cashmere sweater - I find the right shape really slimming too!

    I just love jackets/blazers Fiona & certainly have a huge weakness for a stunning one as my wardrobe will vouch for lol!

    Ooh I love a blazer! I've got about 6 or 7, some smart, some casual but love them all. My latest purchase is a navy tweed Joules/Boden style blazer from Debenhams - 50% off & the last one was my size, it was meant to be!! ;)

    I'm have a few but fail to wear them as often as I should! I need a job & will then get more use out of them! I just received a fab black one & know it goes with loads in my wardrobe so may just have to smarten up my act! x

    I love Blazers but they don't really love me sadly. Great to throw on in spring and autumn to smarten up jeans. I have a black one but it never gets worn sadly x

    Ooohhhhh, looking forward to blazer inspiration Fiona as I have 3, one I wear constantly (leopard print) 1 navy stripe, one cream with navy birds that I struggle to put together Xx
